Chris Waters

Chris Waters has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2017 to present, they have been the VP of Finance & Corporate Controller for Rubicon, an environmentally responsible technology company in the waste and recycling sector. In this role, they are responsible for managing accounting operations, overseeing a team of professionals, and ensuring financial compliance. Prior to Rubicon, Chris gained audit experience at KPMG US, where they worked as an Audit Senior Associate from 2014 to 2017 and as an Audit Associate from 2012 to 2014. Before their career in finance and audit, Chris worked at the University of Georgia Golf Course, serving as Facilities Manager from 2011 to 2012 and Assistant Pro Shop Manager from 2009 to 2011.

Chris Waters has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which was completed in 2011-2012. Waters also has a BBA degree in Finance from the same institution, completed in 2005-2009. Furthermore, Waters holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Georgia State Board of Accountancy.
