Conor Riffle

Conor Riffle is Rubicon’s Senior Vice President, Smart Cities, where he built and runs the company’s SaaS technology business for municipal governments and private haulers in the US and Canada. Under his leadership, RUBICONSmartCity™ has deployed in over 90 cities, including Houston, Miami, and Washington D.C., it has saved cities millions of taxpayer dollars, and it has won three Smart 50 awards for its city-wide transformational technology. Riffle and RUBICONSmartCity are currently featured in an episode of the Amazon Prime series, Climate Next.

Prior to joining Rubicon, Riffle built and scaled the CDP Cities platform at the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) in London. Under his leadership, CDP’s cities program achieved global recognition as the premier platform for city governments to report environmental data. More than 800 global cities now use CDP’s software platform, including New York City, London, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.
