Tess Riley has extensive experience in sustainability and environmental policy, currently serving as a Sustainability Senior Manager at Rubicon since July 2016, where Tess has progressed through various roles including Sustainability Manager and Sustainability Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Policy Associate at the Business Council for Sustainable Energy, managing communications, event planning, and clean energy initiatives. An internship at the White House Council on Environmental Quality involved coordinating federal sustainability events and supporting research efforts. Additional internships at Capital Potential and Farming 4 Hunger contributed to skills in communications, social media management, and environmental impact analysis. Tess holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy and Planning from Virginia Tech, earned in 2012.
