Unnati Patel has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Unnati is currently working as a Principal QA Lead at Rubicon, where they are responsible for implementing automation and manual QA initiatives across various projects. Unnati collaborates with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to plan sprints and ensure high-quality project deliverables. Unnati has implemented streamlined processes to enhance test execution, team performance, and overall product quality.

Before joining Rubicon, Unnati served as a Software Test Manager at Accenture from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they managed the overall test engineering function for Accenture Cloud Platform (ACP) and led the group's tools, process, and productivity improvement programs. Unnati successfully managed a geographically dispersed team of test engineers.

Prior to Accenture, Unnati worked as a Senior QA Lead at DreamFactory Software, where they oversaw and implemented an end-to-end QA program for all DreamFactory open-source products. Unnati was responsible for defining and implementing various process improvements and a test automation suite.

Unnati's earlier experiences include working as a Software Test Engineer at Innovolt, QA Test Analyst at NAGRA, Senior QA Analyst at Elsevier (formerly InferMed), and QA Analyst at CareerMakers. Unnati has also worked as a QA Tester at HDFC Bank and as a Project Coordinator at SEWA Bharat.

Unnati Patel holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University. Unnati also earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the same university. In addition, Unnati has obtained certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc., and ISTQB/ISEB Certification in Software Testing from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. Unnati received the SAFe® Scrum Master certification in December 2021, while the date of obtaining the ISTQB/ISEB certification is not specified.
