Jen L.

Jen L. has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Director of Platform Operations at RubiconMD, where they were responsible for designing and scaling the operational foundation of the company's product offerings. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Jen worked as a Senior Advisor in the Special Operations Unit at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

From 2016 to 2020, they had two roles at NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest municipal health system in the US. First, they served as a Senior Director in the Office of Population Health, where they oversaw the strategy and deployment of telehealth solutions. Later, as a Senior Director in the Community Primary Care division, they were responsible for the transformation of primary care sites to a Patient Centered Medical Home model.

Before joining NYC Health + Hospitals, Jen worked at Weill Cornell Medicine as the Assistant Director of Practice Operations, where they led initiatives to improve patient access, experience, and practice workflows. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP, specializing in healthcare advisory services.

Jen's earlier experiences include roles at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Clinical Quality Specialist, at NYU Langone Medical Center as a Project Associate, and at The Commonwealth Fund as a Program Associate. Jen also worked as a Project Associate at The Health Trust, collaborating on a community health assessment project.

Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated leadership and expertise in healthcare operations, telehealth, quality improvement, and project management. Jen has received recognition for their outstanding performance and has co-authored publications on US healthcare reform.

Jen L. has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Health Policy and Management from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology from Stanford University. Additionally, Jen L. holds a diploma from Horace Mann School.
