Jen L. has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Director of Platform Operations at RubiconMD, where they were responsible for designing and scaling the operational foundation of the company's product offerings. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, Jen worked as a Senior Advisor in the Special Operations Unit at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Jen also worked as a Project Associate at The Health Trust, collaborating on a community health assessment project.
