Lauren D. has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Lauren began their career in 2001 as a Human Resource Professional at Columbia University in the City of New York, where they managed recruitment, orientation, onboarding, and training. Lauren also served as an internal consultant on staff development, compensation strategies, employee and labor relations, performance management, and recruitment and onboarding. In 2008, they moved to HBO, where they were a Human Resources Manager responsible for providing support to business units on organizational effectiveness, recruitment and selection, employee development, performance management, and reorganization / realignment strategies. Lauren also devised strategies to address evolving business needs, such as designing organizational health surveys, facilitating talent reviews, succession planning and diversity initiatives. In 2015, Lauren joined McCann as an Associate Director of Human Resources. Lauren then moved to Consumer Reports in 2018, where they were the Director of Employee and Labor Relations and acted as a key business partner and trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and design, employee relations and engagement, performance management, and talent development. Most recently, in 2022, Lauren joined RubiconMD as the Vice President of People.

Lauren D. holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as a Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from the Zicklin School of Business.
