Elmer Sonco

Elmer Sonco is an experienced media professional with a strong background in local media negotiation and management, currently serving as Associate Media Director at RPA since November 2008. Sonco has progressed through various roles at RPA, including Local Media Supervisor, Senior Local Media Negotiator, Local Media Negotiator, Assistant Local Media Negotiator, and intern. Prior to RPA, Sonco held the position of Executive Team Leader - Hard Lines at Target from June 2007 to November 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California State University-Long Beach, as well as studies at UCLA Extension and McCormack Media, specializing in digital media buying and selling.
