Jim Sieminski

Jim Sieminski is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in account management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Group Account Director at RPA since April 2008, Jim manages account teams to drive growth for both the agency and its diverse client base, overseeing areas such as strategy, creative, media planning and buying, digital, and social. Previously, Jim held the position of SVP, Account Director at Doner, where responsibilities included managing approximately $90 million in gross billings for clients like Public Storage and Black&Decker. Additionally, as EVP, Director of Client Services at Dentsu/Hajjar & Partners/JSM+ Communications, Jim oversaw a 40-person agency and crafted business strategies for high-profile clients such as Canon and Sony Wonder. Jim's career began at Dailey, where management of significant accounts included Bartles & Jaymes and California State Lottery. Jim is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
