Rhonda Sparlin

Rhonda Sparlin is a Partner at RubinBrown LLP, where since December 2013, consultation with businesses on multistate income, franchise, and indirect tax issues has been a primary focus, including assistance with tax controversies, particularly related to home-rule city sales and use tax matters in Colorado. Prior to this role, Rhonda served as Partner-In-Charge of State and Local Tax at PricewaterhouseCoopers from June 1995 to November 2013, engaging in controversy work in Colorado, Utah, and Idaho. Rhonda's earlier experience includes a position as Tax Manager at CareerTrack, where income tax and sales/use tax compliance was overseen, and various roles at Arthur Andersen concentrating on tax compliance and consulting for C Corporations, partnerships, and S Corporations. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University, earned in 1986.
