Ayush Ladia is a seasoned engineering professional with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Rubrik since October 2024, Ayush previously held multiple roles at Media.net from October 2018 to September 2024, including Associate Director, Engineering Manager, and Sr. Lead Software Development Engineer. Ayush began a career at Directi, working from June 2012 to September 2018 as a Senior Software Developer in Research and Development and as a Software Developer. Ayush holds a B-tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, attained in 2012, and completed intermediate studies in Science and Computers at Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre in Kanpur.
