Chris Clay

Chris Clay is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in building and managing recruitment teams across various sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Rubrik since April 2018, Chris leads global recruiting efforts encompassing sales, engineering, product, corporate functions, and employer branding, overseeing a team of over 50 reports. Prior to Rubrik, Chris held leadership positions at Tenfold, Birst, SAP, and Robert Half, where skills in team development, strategic recruitment, and organizational management were honed. Chris's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
