Neeraj Ramesh

Neeraj Ramesh is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Scout at Rubrik since November 2024, where the focus is on innovative talent acquisition strategies. Previously, Neeraj worked at Tekion Corp from January 2022 to November 2024 as a Talent Acquisition Partner, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and leading technical hiring across engineering and leadership roles. Before that, Neeraj held the position of Associate Talent Sourcer at Zum Heilen Diagnostics and Therapeutics from November 2020 to January 2022, and started a career as a Junior Research Scientist. Neeraj holds a degree from Sahrdaya College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2020.
