Oded K.

Oded K. is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in shaping and driving design strategies across multiple high-profile technology companies. Currently, as VP and Head of Design at Rubrik, Inc. since September 2018, Oded K. has been pivotal in rebuilding the design team and establishing a new design system for an award-winning SaaS platform. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as Global Head of Design at Micro Focus and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where significant contributions led to the establishment of design processes and team cultures for large-scale software initiatives. Additional roles at Microsoft, SAP Labs, and earlier endeavors as co-founder of NetWorks design highlight a strong background in user experience and product design. Oded K. holds a Master’s degree in Human Factors Centered Design from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Tel Aviv University.
