Morgan Wanless-Loflin

Morgan Wanless-Loflin is an experienced business development leader with a strong focus on nature-based technology and product enhancement. Currently serving as the Global Business Development Head for bio-surfactant ingredients at Ruby Bio since April 2023, Morgan's prior roles include Vice President of Business Development at Curie Co and various leadership positions at Ecolab, including Corporate Account Manager and Senior Program Leader. Morgan has also held key roles at BASF, Novozymes, and Radiator Specialty Company, specializing in active ingredients for beauty and personal care, household care, and product formulation. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. in Chemistry from The Ohio State University.
