Carolyn Nicholas

Carolyn Nicholas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carolyn is currently working at Able as the Director of Health Coaching, a role they assumed in April 2022. Prior to this, they were a Health Coach Supervisor at Able from April 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining Able, Carolyn worked at the Gapin Institute for High Performance Health as the Head Health Coach & Program Development. In this role, they oversaw the health coaching department and the development of the educational program. This position focused on optimizing men's health and utilized a personalized, data-driven approach incorporating genetics, peptide therapy, hormones, and lifestyle coaching.

Carolyn also worked as a Senior Portfolio Control Analyst at Capital Group, serving High Net Worth Individuals and Foundations. Carolyn started their career as a Print Model at Ford Models.

Carolyn Nicholas attended Saint Michael's College from 1994 to 1998 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Business Administration. Carolyn also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the same institution. In 2018, they completed a Natural Chef program in Naturopathic Nutrition at the CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine. In 2019, they enrolled in the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy Inc. and studied Health Coach. Additionally, they received a Certificate from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition - FDNP, although the specific field of study for this certificate is not provided.
