Ellen Gande

Ellen Gande is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and gastronomy industry with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently, Ellen serves as a Barkeeper at Ruby GmbH since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ellen held various positions including CEO of Ophover Mühle (Gastronomie) from August 1994 to December 2007 and Chef de Rang at Messe Reiss Gastronomie from January 1993 to August 1994. Ellen began their career as an assistant to management at Hotel Urlic from August 1991 to December 1992 and completed vocational training as a hotel specialist at Lindner Hotels & Resorts from August 1987 to May 1990. Additionally, Ellen is pursuing training as a Feelgood Manager at Gande-Design, where the role of Arbeitgeber has been held from October 2004 to September 2024. Ellen's educational background includes a certification from Hochschule Niederrhein as a hotelfachfrau, recognized by the IHK.
