Jeffrey Ericson has worked in the architecture and transportation industries since 1998. Jeffrey started their career at Woolsey Studio, Inc. as a Principal, where they managed production, quality, schedule, and the technical and systems design for all projects in the office. In 2003, they began working as a Project Architect at Gray Development Company, and then as Design Director at Gray Development Group/Gray Construction, LLC, where they defined and enforced design standards and goals and maintained brand consistency between different products. In 2011, Ericson took on a Consulting Architect role at RNL. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Founder of Future Transit Systems, where they developed for-profit, alternative transportation options for urbanites in Low-Density cities. Finally, from 2013 to present, Ericson is the Founder of RubyRide, where they offer the first real alternative to owning a car in almost 100 years.
Jeffrey Ericson began their education in 1986 at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied Architectural Engineering and Creative Writing. Jeffrey then attended Arizona State University from 1992 to 1995, earning a Bs. Arch. in Architecture. Jeffrey continued their studies at Arizona State University from 1996 to 1998, earning an M.S. in Construction Management and an M. Arch in Architecture. In 2015, they attended MassChallenge and obtained a Neo4j Certified Professional certification from Neo4j in April 2020. Jeffrey also attended Villa Montessori.
