Richard D. B. has extensive experience in law enforcement and financial investigation, currently serving as a Forfeiture Specialist at the Executive Office of the United States Attorney since August 2018. Prior roles include Senior Financial Investigator at Professional Risk Management, Multi-Discipline Systems Engineer at MITRE, Senior Investigator at Abbott Laboratories, and Supervisory Special Agent at the Drug Enforcement Administration. Early in the career, Richard was a Special Agent with the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division. Education includes ongoing doctoral studies in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, Law, and Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago.
