Melissa Friedman

Melissa Friedman has worked in a variety of roles over the past decade. From 2009-2011, they worked as a Request for Proposal (RFP) Writer and Executive Assistant at Partners Group. Melissa then moved to Affinity Solutions where they held the roles of Account Manager, Senior Account Associate and Account Associate from 2011-2014. During this period, they also worked at Harome Development as Manager of Business Development & Marketing. In 2014, they joined OurHarvest as Director of Operations & Outreach and Marketing Manager, where they built and oversaw operational logistics, drove optimization of the OurHarvest brand, cultivated and managed a team of 5-10, developed marketing initiatives, increased email database by 300%, increased social media following by over 600%, improved social media engagement by 200%, launched urban delivery partnership with Uber and implemented loyalty rewards and referral programs. Most recently, from 2017-present, they have been working at Ruckus as Chief Operating Officer, VP of Accounts and Director of Accounts.

Melissa Friedman attended Boston University from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology.
