Floyd Wu

Floyd Wu is a Principal Software Engineer at Ruckus Networks, where responsibilities include leading the redesign and migration of on-premise Wi-Fi controller services to cloud-based infrastructure and achieving certification for Ruckus wireless controllers under various federal programs. Previously, Floyd served as a Staff Engineer, optimizing WIPS/WIDS management module architecture and resolving escalated technical issues. Prior experience includes roles at Galaxy Software Services as R&D Manager, Technical Product Manager, System Analyst, and Software Developer, where Floyd contributed to market-leading products and development projects, earning the Taiwan Excellent Award twice. Floyd holds both an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Chung Yuan Christian University.
