Kowen Lu

Kowen Lu is a highly experienced software engineer with a focus on network engineering and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Lookout since November 2021, Kowen has led the global deployment of Security Service Edge (SSE) while architecting resilient infrastructures across multiple AWS regions. Prior experience as a Principal Software Engineer at Ruckus Networks from September 2012 includes leading a team in developing WIFI Cloud UI and enhancing network management systems. Kowen's earlier roles include impactful positions at IBM Almaden Research Center as a Research Intern and D-Link NCTU Joint Research Center as a Part Time Researcher. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Network Engineering from National Chiao Tung University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering from National Chung Cheng University.
