Serena Zhang

Serena Zhang is a highly experienced QA Manager at Ruckus Wireless since April 2013, leading three test teams focused on manual testing, NMS testing, and automation testing while monitoring project statuses and tracking risks. Prior to this role, Serena served as System Test Group Lead at Symmetricom from January 2011 to March 2013, managing a 14-member system test team and facilitating worldwide policy localization in China. Serena's career also includes positions as a System Testing Engineer at Symmetricom, Test Engineer and Test Lead at Asiainfo, and System Engineer at Asiainfo. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Economy and Management, both from Beijing University of Technology.
