Stig Nielsen

Stig Nielsen is a seasoned professional in military and defense affairs, currently serving as a Senior Military Advisor at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs since March 2016. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Stig has held positions such as Commander of the Joint Arctic Command from November 2012 to November 2015, and Commander at the NATO Air Operations Center Finderup from May 2009 to October 2012. Additionally, Stig led Tactical Air Command Denmark from August 2005 to May 2009, and has had previous commanding roles at both Air Base Vaerloese and Air Base Karup. Beyond military command, Stig has served as Chairman of the Board at Sunds Forsyning since April 2006. Stig's education includes attendance at the Royal College of Defense Studies in London and the NATO Defense College in Rome.
