Jay Doman

Jay Doman, CPA, is an experienced professional in the accounting and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as an Audit Manager at Rudd and Company, PLLC since November 2022, where responsibilities include audit management, staff training, and client relations. Previously, Jay held leadership roles as Chief Executive Officer at Eastern Idaho Community Partnership, Inc. from July 2014 to November 2022, overseeing operations of a major nonprofit organization, and as Chief Financial Officer at Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership, Inc. from August 2002 to June 2014, ensuring financial oversight and internal controls. Jay began a career at Galusha, Higgins, & Galusha, P.C. as a Senior Associate, progressing from a staff accountant, and has also managed a startup restaurant. Educational achievements include a BBA in Accounting from Idaho State University and an Associate degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
