Wholesale Administrator

Based in: Marysville, Ohio - NOT remote, must be able to commute to office

Job Type: Full-time

RUDIS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Administrator to join our team. The Wholesale Administrator will have a core and focused function to monitor and manage wholesale accounts, primarily supporting the wholesale needs of the supply chain department. This role is also expected to be cross-functional as needed based on workflow and seasonality. Focus and flexibility will be critical to own the wholesale component of this role. The Wholesale Administrator will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

 Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:
    • Receive, review, and process wholesale orders accurately and on time through both EDI platforms, as well as additional communication tools required.
    • Assist in all ways to execute wholesale delivery through accurate data submissions, email communication, and timeline management.
    • Place purchase orders for wholesale, team, event, and retail units and manage the life cycle of orders.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as the internal point of contact for wholesale order status to sales, logistics, merchandising, and supply chain sourcing, addressing inquiries, timelines, and vendor status.
    • Lead on all packaging and shipping communication as it relates to wholesale orders, collecting information from the product team
    • Expert in wholesale vendor guides
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
    • Provide regular updates on stock levels and assist in inventory reconciliation.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping:
    • Place and process purchase orders through the designated ERP system
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of wholesale transactions and client communications.
    • Generate reports as required and assist in analyzing data related to wholesale operations.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in wholesale administration.
    • Implement best practices to enhance overall workflow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in wholesale administration or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with order processing systems.

Time Requirements  

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday with possible weekend hours as needed
