Matt Samson is currently the Senior Director of Talent Leadership Services at Rudish Health. Previously, he held the position of Director of Human Resources at East Alabama Health and Talent Acquisition Manager at Synovus. Before that, he served as a Human Resources Manager at Columbus Regional Healthcare System and Supervisor of Talent Acquisition at Aflac. Matt also has an extensive background in human resources management from his time in the United States Air Force. He holds an MBA in Business Administration from Troy University, a BS in Human Resources Management from Park University, and an AAS in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.
