Kirsi Rantanen

Kirsi Rantanen has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles in multiple companies. Kirsi began their career as an HR researcher at Kemira in 1997, where they worked until 1999. Kirsi then joined Kemira again in 1999 as an HR developer until 2001. From 2002 to 2008, they served as an HRD manager at Yara Suomi Oy. In 2008, they joined Nurmijärven kunta as a personnel development manager until 2011. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Rudus Oy, a position they have held since 2018.

Kirsi Rantanen completed their education at various institutions. From 1986 to 1993, they attended Nurmijärven Yhteiskoulu, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In 1991 and 1992, they studied at Kamloops Senior Secondary in British Columbia, Canada, without completing a degree or field of study. Finally, from 1993 to 1999, they attended the University of Helsinki, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in English Philology. Additionally, they completed extension education in financial studies and marketing during their time at the university.
