Matthew Hoffman

Matthew Hoffman is an experienced manager currently serving as the Manager at Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q since July 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Dairy Division Manager at Natural Prairie Dairy from May 2019 to March 2022, where a focus on developing team members to reach their full potential was a key responsibility. Matthew started professional education at Texas A&M University, earning a B.S. in Animal Science in 2019, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at the SMU Cox School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2024.
