Earlier in career, Luciano worked as a Contabile at a notary studio for a brief period in 1995. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Tax Law from 24ORE Business School (2018-2019) and a Laurea in Economia e Commercio from Università degli Studi di Brescia.
