Luis R. Pellerano

Luis R. Pellerano has a strong background in corporate law and finance. Luis R. is currently the Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Ruffo, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to this, Luis worked at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP for over 8 years as an Associate. During their time there, they focused on facilitating company growth through capital access and acquisitions, specializing in cross-border transactions and debt and equity financing. Luis R. represented clients in various industries including technology, financial services, private equity, infrastructure, and healthcare. Before joining Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Luis worked at Pellerano & Herrera as an Associate from 2010 to 2011 and as a Law Clerk from 2007 to 2010.

Luis R. Pellerano completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra from 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law from 2011 to 2012.
