Ashley Howe is an experienced professional in human resources and operations with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Ruffwear since December 2021, Ashley also contributes as a Founding Member of TroopHR, where the focus is on empowering HR leaders. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at DC Brau Brewing LLC, where Ashley developed HR strategies and talent development initiatives, and Finance and Operations Associate at the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, focusing on onboarding and HR administration. Ashley's earlier career includes positions at Capitol Compliance Associates and the Center of the American West, where skills in compliance, training, and marketing were honed. A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, Ashley brings a comprehensive skill set to the field of HR and business operations.
