As the CEO/Owner of Scandalous Designs, Nanci successfully developed a nationally recognized fashion apparel and shoe brand. With a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Stephen F. Austin State University, Nanci has shown expertise in creating marketing plans, managing product lines, and visual merchandising.
