Brian Eason

Brian Eason currently serves as the Southeast Regional Manager at Rugby Architectural Building Products, having joined the company in December 2019. Prior to this role, Brian held various leadership positions at Ferguson Enterprises from January 1997 to December 2019, including Area Manager, Area Branch & Operations Manager, and District Manager of Training and Career Development. Brian's extensive experience encompasses oversight of multiple locations, driving sales growth, and developing training programs for associates and managers. Brian began their career in sales at Ferguson, progressing from Inside Sales to Outside Sales, and consistently demonstrated a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia, obtained between 1994 and 1996.
