Natasha Goodall

Natasha Goodall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal communications and engagement. Currently serving as Culture & Engagement Lead on an 18-month fixed-term contract at England Rugby, Natasha previously held senior roles at Virgin Media O2, focusing on corporate affairs, sustainability, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior positions at Virgin Media involved various internal communications roles, where Natasha contributed to legal, corporate affairs, and transformation initiatives. Prior to entering the communications field, Natasha worked as a Resourcing Partner at Thames Water and held recruitment consultant positions at Robert Walters. Natasha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from MOL Learn and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) from Buckinghamshire New University.
