Erica Cappellino

Erica Cappellino started their work experience as a Warehouse Assistant at Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2016. In 2017, they became the Head Coach at Mill City Volleyball Club. The following year, they worked as an Assistant Coach at VolleyFX Volleyball Club. In 2019, Erica served as an Employment Services Intern at the International Institute of New England and as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. Also in 2019, they joined Ruger Firearms as a Marketing Assistant, and later became the Marketing Communications Manager. Currently, Erica holds the position of Director of Marketing Communications at Ruger Firearms, where they coordinate various internal and external communication activities.

Erica Cappellino attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
