Phil Kelly

Phil Kelly is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently employed at Ruger Firearms since August 2011, where responsibilities include the development, implementation, and continual improvement of production methods and tooling for high-quality firearm manufacturing. Previous roles at Ruger include team leader and machine operator, with experience in CNC programming and lean production environments. Additional experience includes engineering at FUJIFILM Dimatix, where contributions involved ink jet printing systems, and a solidworks design contract at New Hampshire Industries focused on outdoor power equipment. Phil Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from Southern New Hampshire University and two Associate Degrees in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
