Will Morgan

Will Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and positions. Will began their career at Coastal Conservation Association, where they served as the Assistant Director of CCA LA from 2000 to 2004, and later as the Executive Director of CCA NC from 2004 to 2007. Will then joined Cisco Systems as an Inside Sales Account Manager from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Will joined YETI as the Director of Sales, where they developed and oversaw all aspects of sales operations. Will achieved significant sales growth and promoted the YETI lifestyle brand during their tenure. Will later served as a Regional Sales Manager, leading a team of 11 sales representatives and achieving substantial revenue growth in the Southeast area. Will eventually became the National Sales Manager at YETI, where they recruited, mentored, and managed a team of regional sales managers and sales professionals, resulting in significant sales growth year over year.

In 2016, Will joined BOTE as the Vice President of Sales, overseeing sales teams and operations. Will successfully achieved $12M in gross revenue during their tenure, implemented sales strategies for future growth, and developed a retail dealership program and international growth strategy for the company.

Will's most recent position was at Masterbuilt | Kamado Joe, where they served as the Director of Sales from 2018 to 2022. Will played a key role in boosting annual revenue by 200% and generating over $70M in gross revenue by spearheading the sales channel. As a Director of Sales, Will was responsible for devising sales plans, fostering client relationships, and evaluating costs to determine product pricing.

Currently, Will is the Vice President of Sales at Rugged Road, a position they assumed in March 2023.
