Raymond Soussa

Raymond Soussa, CFRE, is the Founder and CEO of Eternal Sparks Consulting, a fundraising consultancy that has raised approximately $10m since its inception. Raymond also serves as a Community Relationships Investor at Islamic Family and Social Services Association (IFSSA), where Raymond successfully increased annual revenue from $3m to $5m and co-launched Community Connections networking events. With a background in industrial engineering and a Master's degree in Management of Development, Raymond has held various fundraising roles at organizations such as Fresh Routes, Ruh, WAVE Trust, Epilepsy South Central Ontario, and Imagine Canada. Raymond is currently pursuing a PhD in Development Studies at the University of Lisbon.
