Jill Jordan

Jill Jordan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement at Ruhrpumpen Inc since May 2014. Currently serving as the Quality Manager and Warranty/Service and Continuous Improvement Manager, Jill leads the Global Quality Assurance Governance team, oversees supplier management, processes non-conformance reports, and prepares for ISO 9001:2015 audits. Additionally, Jill coordinates offsite strategy events and maintains quality metrics to support the company’s strategic goals. Previous roles include Supplier Quality Professional at Ruhrpumpen, Accounting Analyst at Verizon Business, and Financial Analyst at Zeledyne, complemented by a background in customer service and event management as co-owner of Starrynight Productions. Jill holds an Associate of Science and a Liberal Arts degree from Tulsa Community College.
