Sean Horan

Sean Horan has a vast work experience in the pump industry. Sean is currently working as the Sales Director - North America at Ruhrpumpen since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development Oil & Gas at Ruhrpumpen from January 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Ruhrpumpen, Sean worked at CLYDEUNION Pumps as an Area Sales Manager from September 2013 to January 2020. Sean also served as a Global Project Manager at CLYDEUNION Pumps from April 2011 to September 2013, where they managed projects of up to $20M, ensured operational excellence, and liaisoned with customers.

Prior to CLYDEUNION Pumps, Sean held the position of Global Project Manager/Strategic Account Manager at ITT from March 2006 to April 2011. During their tenure at ITT, they played a crucial role in aligning the company as the sole non-API pumps supplier on Chevron projects and significantly increased revenue.

Sean's career in the pump industry began at Johnston Pump Co./Sulzer Pumps, where they served as a Senior Project Manager from July 1998 to March 2006. Sean was responsible for reviewing RFQs, preparing bids, and managing projects from conception to completion.

Sean'searlier professional experience includes working as a Project Manager at Flowtronex International from January 1997 to July 1998. Sean successfully managed projects of various sizes and maintained effective communication with customers and internal departments.

Sean Horan obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1990 to 1996. Additionally, they attended Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, but no degree or field of study information is available.
