Eric Cohen

Eric Cohen has over 20 years of experience in finance and management roles. Eric is currently the Vice President of Finance at Ruiz Foods, where they drive profitable growth in partnership with the Sales & Marketing teams. Previously, Eric worked as the Director of Finance at Bonduelle Fresh Americas, where they were responsible for product margins, pricing strategy, sourcing models, labor efficiency, and transportation costs. Eric also held various roles at Nestlé USA and Kraft Foods Group, including Senior Manager of Customer Service and Manager of Demand Planning. Overall, Eric has a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Eric Cohen attended Claremont McKenna College from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a BA degree in Political Science. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they studied at the University of La Verne and completed an MBA degree in Leadership and Management.
