Ruisi S. is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and investment banking. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Finance at Rula since September 2021, Ruisi previously held the same position at CloudKitchens from September 2019 to September 2021. Prior experience also includes working as a Private Equity Associate at Vista Equity Partners, where the focus was on investing in technology-driven businesses. Earlier roles included serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where significant transactions such as the $67 billion sale of EMC to Dell were advised.
