Kayode Omotehinse

Kayode Omotehinse has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Kayode started their career as an Information Technology Manager at Chocolate City Group, where they directed budgeting studies and oversaw the daily performance of computer systems. Kayode then worked at Small World Financial Services as an IT Service Desk Analyst, providing technical support, troubleshooting server and network performance, and managing backup and disaster recovery systems. Currently, they are a Technical Support Engineer at Ruleguard, where they provide IT assistance, upgrades and maintains software and hardware, manages active directory installation and users, and ensures GDPR compliance. Throughout their career, Kayode has demonstrated strong technical skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Kayode Omotehinse completed their education at various institutions. In 2010, they enrolled at the University of Lagos and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics in 2014. Later, in 2019, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology at Ecole Superieure Sainte Felicite University (ESSF), which they completed in 2020.

In addition to their degrees, Kayode has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2015, they earned the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco. In 2018, they completed the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing course offered by Google. In 2020, they obtained the Google IT Support Professional Certificate from Coursera, and they also completed the Introduction to Business Management course from King's College London and the Digital Skills: Web Analytics course from Accenture.

Continuing their pursuit of certifications, Kayode obtained various qualifications in 2021. Kayode completed the WordPress 5 Essential Training, WordPress 5 Essential Training: Site Administration, and WordPress: Workflows courses from LinkedIn. Moreover, they acquired advanced certifications, including the IBM Cybersecurity Analyst certificate from Coursera and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certificate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Furthermore, in 2022, Kayode obtained the IBM IT Support certification from Coursera, further showcasing their dedication to expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field of information technology.
