Head of Technical Support at Rulex

Luca Boero has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Luca began their career as a Student Researcher at the University of Genoa in 2012 and continued in this role until 2015. In 2014, Luca returned to the University of Genoa as a Student Researcher once again, this time until 2015. Luca then progressed to become a Ph.D. Student at the same university from 2015 to 2018, conducting research on Software Defined Networking and network security. Following this, Luca worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Genoa from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Routing and Resource Allocation algorithms for SDN Networks and security problems in Industrial networks.

In 2019, Luca transitioned into the industry and joined Rulex as an IT Specialist, a role they held until 2021. During their time at Rulex, they progressed to become a Senior IT Specialist before being promoted to IT Manager in 2021. In 2022, Luca further advanced within the company and became the Technical Support Manager before assuming their current role as the Head of Technical Support in 2023. As Head of the Technical Support Team at Rulex, Luca is responsible for maintaining the production infrastructure of all customers, including the 24/7 Rulex Platform. Luca serves as the main point of contact for Fortune 50 customers and works on developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Luca Boero's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Istituto Tecnico Industriale Einaudi-Casaregis-Galilei. Luca completed their studies there in 2008, earning a degree in Perito Industriale Capotecnico Specializzato in Elettronica e Telecomunicazioni.

Afterward, Luca enrolled at Università degli Studi di Genova, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering. Luca completed this program in 2012.

Continuing their education, Luca went on to obtain a Master of Science (MS) degree from the same university in the field of Multimedia Signal Processing & Telecommunication Networks. Luca completed this degree in 2014.

Lastly, Luca embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Telecommunications Engineering at Università degli Studi di Genova. Luca pursued this degree from 2015 to 2019.
