Michael Gawinski

Michael Gawinski has over 40 years of experience in product and marketing management. Michael started their career in 1981 as a Marketing Services Manager at Dravo Wellman Company, where they worked for three years before becoming a Product Manager. Michael continued in this role until 1989 when they moved to Knowles Electronics as a Product Manager. In 1993, they joined Interroll Corporation as a Product Manager, where they worked until 2003. At that point, they joined Rulmeca Corporation as President and then became CEO in 2023. In this role, they lead the company's activities in the US, Central and South America and works to ensure that customers benefit from Rulmeca Motorized Pulleys in conveyor systems.

Michael Gawinski received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware from 1968 to 1971. Later, in 1979 until 1983, they pursued their Master of Business Administration from Robert Morris University, with their field of study being Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
