Kaushal Mandalia

Kaushal Mandalia has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kaushal began their career as a Sales Executive at IMO Communications Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully generated a revenue of 10 Lacs in 14 months. Kaushal then moved on to HDFC Standard Life Insurance, where they worked as a Unit Manager and achieved notable accomplishments, including 1 MDRT with no previous financial service experience and having the highest number of non-finance background club members in their branch. Kaushal later joined Kotak Life Insurance as an Area Sales Manager, where they showcased their capability by increasing the manpower from one to fifteen sales managers and the business volume from Rs 1 Cr to Rs 12 Cr. Kaushal then founded their own company, Alexus Capital Management, before joining Ruloans Distribution Services Private Limited as a Business Head. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Finance at Arocom IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they are engaged in providing solutions in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing to US-based clients in the healthcare domain.

Kaushal Mandalia completed their education at Som Lalit Institute of Management Studies from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a PGDBM degree in Marketing, Economics, and Finance. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they attended Sardar Patel University and earned a BE degree in Production Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Kaushal has obtained several certifications including "Converting Challenges into Opportunities" from UC San Diego Extension in May 2020, "Data Science Maths Skills" from Duke University in May 2020, "Cloud Computing Basics" from LearnQuest in April 2020, and "Machine Learning for Business Professionals!" from Google Cloud Platform Certified in April 2020.
