Giki

Giki is currently working as a Legal Corporate at Persada Medika Dharma. Prior to this, they worked as an In House Lawyer (Litigation Specialist) at PT. Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) from August 2017 to December 2017 and as a Corporate Secretary - Legal Specialist at PT. Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) from October 2015 to December 2016.

Giki has extensive experience in providing legal protection and services to a company as a whole in addition to its employees, taking part in meetings, trials, depositions and other legal proceedings, advising on issues like contracts, agreements, government regulations. Giki has also represented employers in court in the case of a lawsuit or other legal proceedings, taken part in settlement negotiations and deposed witnesses if needed.

In their previous role as Corporate Secretary - Legal Specialist, Giki was responsible for documents review, providing legal advice, managing legal disputes, corporate secretarial duties, collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies and communicating and negotiating with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority).

Giki’s experience in the insurance industry has also given their valuable insights into preventative measures against insurance fraud and maintaining legal risk.

Giki holds a Sarjana Hukum (S.H) degree in Hukum Bisnis dan Teknologi from Universitas Padjadjaran. Giki is also certified by PERADI as a LAWYER, and by FHP Edu-Law as a Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA). Additionally, they hold a certification from Asosiasi Ahli Management Indonesia as a Certified General Insurance (CGI) consultant, and from PT Bank Kesejahteraan Ekonomi dan Consultan as an Officer Develompent Program Batch II participant. Finally, Giki is also certified by Cipta Bangsa as a Konsultan Hukum Perusahaan.
