Rama Adrian

Rama Adrian has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2010 as an Assistant Planner at PT. Studio Cilaki Empat Lima, they then worked as a Corporate Strategy and Market Research Specialist at Sinar Mas Land from 2012 to 2013. Rama then joined emNTWRK, where they held positions as Corporate Relations Manager and Strategy and Business Development from 2013 to 2015.

In 2015, Rama joined Gojek and played a key role in the development and launch of GO-TIX within the GO-JEK app. Rama held several positions at Gojek, including Business Acquisition Manager for GO-LIFE and later became the Product Owner and head of GO-TIX. Rama was responsible for the entire strategies, operations, and business decisions for GO-TIX, focusing on business development, marketing, CRM, and operations.

From 2017 to 2020, Rama worked at LOKET as the Vice President of Business and Product for GOTIX & Operations and subsequently as the Vice President of Consumer Solutions. In these roles, they led cross-functional verticals, including consumer platform business, consumer operations, and content management.

Rama then joined SYSTEMIQ Ltd. in 2020 as the Intelligence Unit Lead, specializing in integrated project and program management and innovative reporting. Rama provided portfolio systems and intelligence services for development projects.

In 2022, Rama joined Zenius as the Chief Business Unit of Lifelong Learning. In this position, they were responsible for the Zenius Lifelong Learning (Zenpro) business P&L, developing growth plans, and financial budgets to meet business goals.

Most recently, in 2022, Rama became the Vice President of Growth at Rumah Siap Kerja.

Rama Adrian completed their Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung between 2007 and 2012. In 2016, they also attended the Acceleration Program at QUT (Queensland University of Technology), where they studied Business Management for Tech-Based Startup for a short period.
