Samir El Manaa

Samir El Manaa is a seasoned geoscientist with extensive experience in operations geology across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Operations Geologist Team Leader at Rumaila Operating Organisation since June 2023, Samir has previously held key positions at Assala Energy, Apache Corporation, and Groupement Isarene, contributing to significant projects including tight gas development and deep-water exploration. Notable prior experience includes a Principal Operations Geologist role at BG Group, managing major exploration and development projects in Tunisia and Tanzania. Additionally, Samir has cultivated foundational expertise in drilling and geological operations during early career roles with ENI Group and Groupement Sonatrach-Agip. Samir holds a Master's Degree in Geology from Faculte des Sciences de Tunis and an Engineering Diploma in Mining - Geology and Geophysics from Institut Superieur Technologique des Industries et des Mines.
