Vince Pacleb

Vince Pacleb has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vince is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales & Operations at Rumble Boxing, where they support franchise sales efforts, onboards new franchisees, and builds internal educational infrastructure. Prior to this, Vince held the position of Vice President of Sales at CycleBar, where they facilitated a sales culture across the franchisee network and implemented systems to enhance sales and recruiting skillsets. Vince also served as the Regional Vice President at EOS Fitness, where they implemented talent acquisition strategies and led high-performing teams to ensure excellence in various aspects of the business. Vince has also worked at UFC GYM, where they held multiple roles including Vice President of Franchise Operations, Director of Franchise Club Operations, Regional Director of Fitness, General Manager, and Fitness Director, demonstrating their expertise in managing fitness facilities and driving revenue growth. Additionally, they co-founded CrossFit I-5 and served as the Franchise Partner at LA Boxing Yorba Linda, where they were involved in various aspects of opening and running fitness facilities. Prior to their career in the fitness industry, Vince worked as the Director of Sales at Total Resources International and as the Production Manager at NationPoint Merrill Lynch.

Vince Pacleb has completed courses in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Strayer University. Vince has also pursued Leadership & Strategy studies at the Jack Welch Management Institute. In addition, they have received education and training in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Vince Pacleb has obtained certifications in Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies and has additional certifications in Becoming a Leader and Developing a Winning Strategy from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Vince is also a certified Leadership Coach from The John Maxwell Team.
